Do you need experience to start Muay Thai?
No experience is needed to start Muay Thai. Qualified trainers will access your skill level and can teach students with no experience.
What is a typical Muay Thai class like? What do we learn?
A typical class includes a warm-up (running/jumping rope), learning techniques, heavy bag work, pad rounds with trainers, and sometimes sparring. Conditioning and stretching follow.
What equipment do I need to do Muay Thai?
You need hand wraps, gloves, shin guards, and optionally, ankle support and a mouth guard for sparring.
What should I wear to a Muay Thai class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes such as shorts and a t-shirt. Avoid loose clothing that might get in the way during training.
Is Muay Thai training safe for children?
Yes, Muay Thai training is safe for children. Our trainers ensure that the training is appropriate for the child’s age and skill level.
Can I participate in Muay Thai competitions with a Muay Thai Visa?
